Can I claim for the installation and labor cost?
This warranty excludes labor and equipment required to remove and/or reinstall original or replacements.
Can I receive the replacements first, so removal of failed product and installation of new product can be done at the same time?
Replacements can be delivered in advance for special cases after discussion with our sales representatives or sales manager.
Am I allowed to keep the malfunctioning products until a certain quantity if replacements can be delayed?
You can send the products in groups to save shipping cost.
Please inform our sales representatives or sales manager beforehand.
Is there any other method for warranty claim besides repair and replacements?
ICEPIPE reserves the right to consider the remaining warranty period and compensate accordingly via cash.
What are the exceptions in limited warranty?
Limited warranty does not apply to unreturned defections, failure to comply with ‘Warnings’ and instructions, damages caused by
unauthorized repair and alteration, negligence in handling, usage exceeding recommended daily operating hours, unpaid products,
damage/malfunction done by natural disasters (e.g. fire, storm, flood, earthquake, strong wind & rain, salt), usage exceeding
recommended daily operating hours, usage in environment exceeding optimal operating conditions (e.g. temperature, humidity)
or expiration of warranty period. Customer is solely responsible for the cost of repair and shipping in followed cases.
How much is the repair cost?
Please enquire our sales representatives or sales manager for each case as the cost and analysis vary with model and cause of damage.
I bought ICEPIPE products in Korea. If I retail or install them at foreign sites, do I still have warranty?
The specifications between domestic supply and export products differ (e.g. Voltage, frequency, compositions, certifications).
Therefore, ICEPIPE limited warranty cannot be provided when domestic supply products are retailed/installed.
What kind of limited warranty services are guaranteed when a Korea-based company purchases ICEPIPE products and install them on its foreign establishments?
If you send us the Installation Environment Report (IER) of necessary foreign establishments to our Overseas Sales Department,
appropriate products can be provided. Only then the complete limited warranty service can be guaranteed by ICEPIPE.
