If the product is used under normal conditions1) within the warranty period2) but customer service3) is required, please send us malfunctioning product according to our shipping cost policy4) and service application procedure5), then we will resend it after evaluation.
① Please refer to the ‘Limited Warranty’ in product’s Installation Guide. The initial warranty date is as follows:
a. High Output (above 50W) : 3 years from the date of shipment at ICEPIPE’s facility
b. Bulb (OBB, OBM, POP) : 2 years from the date of shipment at ICEPIPE’s facility
c. Bulb (OBA2) : No warranty
② Warranty extension is not applicable even if products are repaired or replaced within the guaranteed period.
① Usage of the right power supply conforming to product’s specification
② Compliance with ‘Warnings’ in the Installation Guide
③ Following recommended daily operating hours
① Repair service is provided free of charge if failure occurs in spite of normal usage during the warranty period.
② The same model or equivalent product will be delivered if ICEPIPE is unable to repair.
① Shipping cost is sender’s responsibility.
② Customer shall pay for the return of malfunctioning products whereas replacements or repaired products are at ICEPIPE’s expense.
③ If the malfunctioning product is not returned, shipping cost for replacements or repaired products shall be borne by customer.
